Virtual Year-Long Jewish Learning & Conversion Programs

May 2026 through April 2027

We are offering two unique year-long, cohort-based programs for people seeking depth, integrity, and relationship-centered Jewish learning within an explicitly anti-zionist framework.

These programs are for people who are longing for continuity, accountability, and learning that integrates into daily life. Both programs are rooted in community, lived practice, and a commitment to justice-oriented Judaism.

All programming is online, with an orientation in late April and a full learning rhythm from May 2026 through April 2027.

🌿 Two Pathways, One Learning Community

Participants in both programs learn alongside one another in a shared cohort space, while also receiving support tailored to their particular path.

✨ Pathway 1
Jewish Learning Year-Long Cohort
Begins April 26th
For people who want to deepen their Jewish learning and practice without pursuing conversion.

This cohort is well-suited for:

  • People of all backgrounds who want to deepen their Jewish learning and knowledge
  • Those returning to Jewish learning after time away
  • Partners or loved ones of Jews or people in conversion
  • Anyone seeking structured, values-aligned Jewish learning in community

The year-long program Includes:

  • Twelve monthly 90-minute cohort gatherings focused on learning, reflection, and community
  • Three four-week Jewish learning classes led by Rabbi Cat Zavis : Liberation Theology (May); Davening/Prayer (June/July); Judaism Beyond Zionism (October/November)
  • Chevruta: Through questioning and reflection with a partner, participants deepen insight, strengthen critical thinking, and build meaningful connection.
  • Discounted access to other Beyt Tikkun programs
🔥Pathway 2
Conversion & Jewish Life
Year-Long Cohort
For people exploring or actively pursuing Jewish conversion.

This small cohort program (limited to 12 students) offers a slow, relational, and integrity-centered conversion process, grounded in learning, practice, and ongoing reflection. The small size allows for individualized support and the cultivation of deep, supportive relationships within the cohort and with Rabbi Cat.

The year-long program Includes:

  • Quarterly individual one-hour sessions with Rabbi Cat
  • Quarterly conversion-only group check-ins
  • Guided journaling and reflection prompts
  • Support navigating additional learning needs and ritual preparation
  • Twelve monthly two-hour cohort gatherings focused on learning, reflection, and community
  • Three four-week Jewish learning classes led by Rabbi Cat Zavis : Liberation Theology (May); Davening/Prayer (June/July); Judaism Beyond Zionism (October/November)
  • Chevruta: Through questioning and reflection with a partner, participants deepen insight, strengthen critical thinking, and build meaningful connection.
  • Discounted access to other Beyt Tikkun programs

💛 Pricing & Access

We strive to price our programs transparently and in alignment with our values.

• Multiple pricing tiers are available for each program
• Member and non-member rates are offered
• Monthly payment plans are encouraged and normalized

We offer three pricing tiers so participants can choose the level that best reflects their capacity, while helping sustain accessible learning for the whole community.

If cost feels like a barrier, we encourage conversation rather than self-exclusion.
