Weekly Action for Peace: Sustain Collective Action, Oppose War with Iran, and Support Liberation Work

Dear Fredric,

As Passover approaches, we return to the story that shapes us: rising from
Mitzrayim, the narrow place, refusing to bow to Pharaoh. Liberation is not just
a story of the past; it is a call to act now.

At Beyt Tikkun, we continue to organize, pray, learn, and take action together.
One of the ways we do this is through this email—our Weekly Action for
Peace—offering grounded, values-aligned ways to respond each week.

This week’s Action for Peace is to sustain this work.

It costs $400 per month to research, write, and share the Weekly Action for
Peace emails. Your contribution directly makes this consistent, collective
action possible.

We're in our spring fundraising drive. This work exists because of
a community that reads, engages, and cares—and because
people like you choose to support it. Membership dues don't
cover it all. Your support matters.

We’ll still share this week’s actions below because collective action remains
essential. And sustaining the container that makes those actions possible is
part of the work, too.

Passover reminds us that liberation is not inevitable; it is built through
collective courage and sustained commitment.

With gratitude and resolve,
Rabbi Cat Zavis
