There will be drag numbers by special guest\, Rabbi Morrie ManiSchewitz\, a Sister of Perpetual Indulgence who is the first trans masc member of the Capitol City Sisters.  \nWe’ll take turns reading from a haggadah that draws on the bold and sensuous language of Song of Songs\, an erotic love poem in the bible\, while enjoying ritual food and drink. There will be opportunities to dance in the garden and we'll conjure a magic spell; harnessing the JeWitchy experience of knowing\, deeply in our bodies\, the power of queer sexuality and sending that magical energy out to uproot zionism and stop the genocide.  \nMore About Rabbi Morrie ManiSchewitz:They are a drag activist\, spiritual guide\, and all around mensch. They are a fully professed member of the Capitol City Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence\, which is an international order of queer\, drag nun activists. The Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence are committed to promulgating universal joy and expiating stigmatic guilt and hate.  Morrie is the first trans masc member of the Capitol City Sisters and has been part of the house since 2023. \nAccess Information:- Wheelchair accessibility: The backyard and bathroom are wheelchair accessible as is the restaurant - Air filters:There will be an air filter in the bathroom at the home. No air filters at the restaurant- Bathrooms: at the home are gender neutral\, but not at the restaurant. Both are wheelchair accessible. - Scents: Please come fragrance free. The home and bathroom are fragrance free. The restaurant is not.- Seating/Standing: There will be chairs including wide ones and cushions provided for seating during the seder. There are tables and benches at the restaurant.- Public Transportation Access:The home is located between the El Cerrito Del Norte and Richmond BART stations. There's a rapid San Pablo Ave bus stop about 3 blocks from the house.- Parking: There is easy street parking. Secure bike parking available at the home.  \nFAQ's:Is this family friendly? This is an all ages event. However\, there will be explicit language about sex throughout the haggadah. Plus\, drag performers are known to strip. \nWhere is my money going?- After event costs\, 90% of money raised will be going towards Palestinian families in need through Bay2Gaza mutual aid!- We will also be donating 10% to the Sogorea Te’ Land Trust as thanks for putting on this event on their sacred land. \nWill there be food?- Vegetarian ritual foods provided including gluten free and dairy free options.- A meal will not be provided.- Everyone is invited to go out to dinner together afterwards at a Mexican restaurant less than 2 blocks away with outdoor seating.  \nWhat should I bring or prepare?- Tap into queer creativity and dress accordingly.- Richmond can get windy so you are encouraged to bring layers. \nWhen should I reach out for a NOTAFLOF ticket?Maybe you technically can afford the $18\, but then wouldn't have any money leftover for tipping the drag artist\, which you will be sad about. If this is you\, budget accordingly. NOTAFLOF is here for a reason. Email JeWitchyRitualist@gmail.com for a code to pay less than $18.
