Join us for our Selichot service on Saturday, September 28th at 6:30 pm PST. What is Selichot you ask?! Selichot means forgiveness. It is the service that is held the Saturday night before Rosh Hashanah to prepare us for the High Holy Days. During the Selichot service, we will chant prayers that introduce us to the themes of the upcoming High Holy Days, most especially that of forgiveness.
By immersing yourself in the prayers before the High Holy Days begin, you will be able to sink more deeply into the experience at Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. It is also the beginning of a transition from your daily, regular life to the holy time of the holidays.
